Our payment options are Cash, Check, Money Order, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and we also accept Care Credit.

A patient can call or schedule an appointment through Phreesia. In the event that you are unable to make your appointment, we ask that you please show us the courtesy of calling and cancelling at least 24 hours prior to your appointment, so other patients in need of medical care can be seen. Someone from our practice will get back to you promptly to confirm the date and time you requested or offer alternative dates and times that accommodate your schedule.

For your convenience, we kindly ask that payments be made at the time of your visit. Prior to your appointment, you should receive a text from Phreesia with your estimated copay or payment information. If you received an invoice, please pay through our bill pay link.

Our offices are open and telephones are answered Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Appointments can be made via phone or utilizing online scheduling options. We offer same day appointments for patients having emergency medical problems.
