Florida E.N.T. & Allergy’s Largo location delivers comprehensive ear, nose, throat, and allergy care for adults and children in Largo, FL, and surrounding areas. Our experienced ENT physicians and physician assistants diagnose and treat a broad range of conditions, including sinus and nasal disorders, allergies, hearing loss, balance issues, throat concerns, and pediatric ENT needs.
Located on 2nd Avenue SW, right off West Bay Drive, and open Monday through Friday, our Largo office delivers specialized ENT care as part of ENT and Allergy Associates of Florida.

After having a different dedicated ENT for almost 20 years, Dr. Requena has been a godsend to me. I got new insurance that my last ENT did not accept and had to switch practices. I am so happy for that difficulty.
I can finally breathe and finally confirmed the growths in my throat (being watched for 8 years by my other ENT) are benign. Dr. Requena took swift and decisive action, despite the external difficulties of my case (other health conditions that made surgery difficult). My life has changed for the better and I owe him an enormous debt.
Dr. Requena, in his own words, is ” just a technician”. My quality of life has improved 10 fold since September 2024, so I’ll listen to the next Dr. who expresses that type of humility. He questioned the “watch and wait” treatment plan I was on; questioned the unilateral loss of hearing and treatment plan for my right ear; and came up with viable proactive solutions to my problems.
Funny thing is that he disagrees with most of my beliefs about my own health state and I like it. He is always respectful, even when he’s telling me he thinks I’m crazy. That inspires my confidence and my trust. He is no nonsense and efficient.
After two surgeries, I can’t imagine being in better hands.
The office staff is also no nonsense and friendly. The use of medical transcribers helps to make appointments more interactive since the doctor and assistants actually hear what you say and respond.
I highly recommend this practice and its staff.
