Florida E.N.T. & Allergy is bringing specialized ear, nose, and throat care to Wesley Chapel’s growing Wiregrass Ranch community. The practice will anchor the new Wiregrass Ranch Medical Pavilion I, a 46,000-square-foot medical office building currently under construction at Strickland Avenue and Wiregrass Ranch Boulevard.
The facility, developed by Charlotte-based Flagship Healthcare Properties, broke ground in December 2025 and is expected to welcome its first patients in the fourth quarter of 2026.

Florida E.N.T. & Allergy joins the project not just as a tenant but as a joint venture partner alongside Flagship Healthcare Trust and the Porter Family, who established Wiregrass Ranch in 1942.
The Wiregrass Ranch location will be Florida E.N.T. & Allergy’s 13th office, expanding access to board-certified ENT physicians and audiologists for families in northern Pasco County.
For patients in Wesley Chapel, Land O’ Lakes, and surrounding areas, the new location will offer the practice’s full range of services, including allergy testing and treatment, sinus care, hearing services, and surgical ENT procedures. Same-day appointments will be available for urgent ENT needs.
